Characterization of the viral reservoir in SIV infected monkeys undergoing treatment with vaccines or antiretroviral drugs; Differential expression of cellular genes in SIV-infected cells from rapid versus slow progressors; analysis of mucosal immune responses induced by DNA vaccines
