Effect of steroid hormones on T cell/DC Activation

Techniques graduate student will learn:
T cell and DC culture, analysis of phenotype by flow cytometry, preparation
of cell and nuclear extracts, western blot analysis, immunoprecipitation,
molecular biology techniques, murine models of asthma and tolerance etc.
