Description of projects available to graduate students:
Build a complete quantitative model for the representation of the DNA-binding affinity for the C2H2 zinc-finger family of transcription factors. This project aims to the collection of various biochemical data from a number of EGR1 protein mutants and their integration in a coherent probabilistic framework.

Techniques graduate student will learn:
The student will learn various molecular biology techniques, including protein expression/purification, cloning, site-directed mutagenesis, PCR, etc.
