Danger signal IL-33 and antitumor immunityDate Added: 7/10/2006 9:37:00 AM Last Updated: 5/18/2012 1:56:00 PM
Description of projects available to graduate students: We have recently found that IL-33 is involved in antitumor immune responses in vitro and in vivo. The rotation project will further characterize cellular immune responses against tumor in IL-33R deficient mice. Techniques graduate student will learn: tumor vaccine, tumor infiltrating t cells, regular immunological techniques such as FACS and in vitro T cell assays, melocular techniques.
