Description of projects available to graduate students:
We have recently found that IL-33 is involved in antitumor immune responses in vitro and in vivo. The rotation project will further characterize cellular immune responses against tumor in IL-33R deficient mice.

Techniques graduate student will learn:
tumor vaccine, tumor infiltrating t cells, regular immunological techniques such as FACS and in vitro T cell assays, melocular techniques.
