EGF receptor signaling in time and space

Description of projects available to graduate students:
This project involves analysis of subcellular loclaization fo signaling proteins participating in EGF receptor signaling in living cells. These data will be used to incorporate into computational spatiotemporal model of EGF receptor signaling.

Techniques graduate student will learn:
4D Fluorescence micrscopy of living cells; image analysis; RNA interference, FRAP, photoactivatable proteins, computational modeling
