| The Wells lab explores cancer metastasis with ex vivo 'human-on-a-chip' models that dissect the critical stages of cancer cells colonizing the distant organs. These microphysiologic systems are designed to study tumor biology along with the inflammatory and immune responses and to test therapies. |
