Tumor immunology; dendritic cell biology; cytokine biology; regulation of apoptosis in immune effectors; role of the nuclear protein HMGB 1 in promoting inflammation, mRNA role in regulating the translation of proteins in macrophages and other inflammatory cells; autophagy.
